Again, the CW knows that Carter is one of our favorite guest stars, so what do they do to make him stay?! Place him with Serena. I for one am SUPER EXCITED for this SL and besides Chair that is one thing I am really really looking forward too. I hope it works and lasts. This means that Sebastian is in 7 episodes and then more to come! About damn time. Now, if only they made Eric, Cyrus and Dorota appear in more episodes Gossip Girl would be a lovely place. Oh not to mention Sebastian is totally hot!
